Welcome to Satyam Gas Service. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

  • We provide repair, servicing, and maintenance of Gas Stoves, Gas Hobs, Gas Cooktops, and Gas Cooking Ranges across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mira-Bhayandar.
  • We also offer gas pipeline installation and leakage detection services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Customers can book services through phone, website, or partner platforms.
  • All bookings are confirmed only after technician assignment and scheduling.
  • Emergency or same-day services are subject to technician availability.

3. Service Charges & Payments

  • A minimum service visit charge (starting ₹99) is applicable for inspection and diagnosis.
  • Final service costs may vary based on appliance condition, required spare parts, or additional work.
  • Payments must be made in full upon service completion via cash, UPI, or other accepted modes.

4. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • We use genuine or high-quality spare parts when replacements are required.
  • Warranty (if provided) applies only to replaced parts and specific repairs, not to the entire appliance.
  • Warranty will be void if the appliance is tampered with after service.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings by informing us at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Visit charges may still apply if the technician has already been dispatched.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate details of the issue, brand, and appliance type during booking.
  • Appliances must be in a safe condition and accessible for repair at the scheduled time.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper ventilation and safe environment during repairs.

7. Liability Limitation

  • While we ensure quality service, Satyam Gas Service is not liable for pre-existing appliance damages, misuse, or future faults unrelated to our repair.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by delayed service due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Brand Disclaimer

  • Satyam Gas Service is an independent service provider and is not authorized, affiliated, or associated with any specific appliance brand.
  • All brand names and logos are used for reference purposes only.

9. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The latest version will always be available on our website.
